DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes, I do. I actually love making jewelry for individuals. If you see earrings you would prefer as a necklace, would like a longer chain then the standard 16 inches, or have a design idea that you would like me to make, please message me via the contact page.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At this time I cannot accept returns or issue refunds. If you are very unhappy with your purchase please reach out to me and we can problem solve on a case-by-case basis.

DO YOU OFFER JEWELRY REPAIRS?

If your delicate chain breaks, your clasp has lost the spring or some other issue that has caused a need for a repair, no worries. Just send me photos and a detailed message via the contact page. I am more than happy to fix your item. There will be a small fee to cover time, materials, and shipping.
